Guarantee Policy

Our guarantee policy only applies to products that are Exclusive to WooW Brands and not third party product. Our guarantee is that if our product comes damaged or we have sent you the wrong product we will replace it with a new product immediately. With regards to Garments we only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. Garments must be in their original condition with hygienic liner and tags attached. Woow Brands will not accept returns for any item(s) missing hygienic liners or hang tags or with damaged packaging. We believe in our product along with several thousands of customers who have purchased our products. Unfortunately, there is a Strict no return policy for International Orders at www.woowbrands.com..


Damaged/Defective Items

We are sorry that you have received an item that is damaged or defective. If you have received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, you can return the item within 7 days. Please take a picture immediately and send to our customer care department. Please note that you will be responsible for cost of return shipping..


Warranty Terms for Electronic Items

Limited Warranty

The warranty period of the product commences from the date printed on the product, for a period of one year.



No Liability for Consequential Damage

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Woow Brands, its owners/directors, management or suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever including) without being limited to such damages like loss of business profits business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss arising out of inability to use this transceiver.



The Warranty is Void If 

The product if exposed to any liquid or moisture, or it’s broken, the circuits are burnt because of variable voltage, the warranty seal is missing/damaged, during the services/repairs, and the product found water damaged/burnt or the product has been opened/serviced by any other than Woow Brands Service Center.



Warranty Exclusion

Damages caused by any additional equipment, or non-genuine accessories including data cables, batteries, chargers, external antenna, carrying cases, hands free sets, headphones, mounting kit or any other accessory which is not an integral part of the product.



For Warranty Claim

Woow Brands will check any damages or unauthorized repair by opening the product.

Preservation The box with serial no. must be preserved during the whole warranty period.



Data Lost While Servicing 

It would be the sole responsibility of customer to make a backup of data before giving the product for service.



Within the Warranty Period 

In case of manufacturing fault/defects that cannot be fixed, only radio module or main PCB (Printed Circuit Board) will be replaced. There will be no replacement of batteries, charges, casing box or accessories.



Repair TAT (Turn around Time)

Due to any technical or unforeseen reason, the delivery of product may be delayed.



Warranty Card

Customer will be required to present warranty card when handing over transceiver for repair or maintenance under warranty.  Woow Brands  is authorized to record any remarks or the status or repair history on this warranty card.
