Woow Brand’s 30 Day Return Policy:

 

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your Order within 30 days of delivery.

 

That’s true! All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email [email protected] within a period of 30 days, from the date of delivery.

 

However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a UNUSED condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

 

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

  • What Items can I Return?

 

Please note that “ Woow Brand’s 30 Day Returns Policy” does not apply to Hair Care products, Inner wear and Lingerie.

 

  • How the refund will be processed?

 

The customer in exchange will receive a refund credit voucher that can be used on our site or Cash.

 

    1.  If the next order amount is less than the voucher amount you received, your balance amount will stay intact with voucher code and you can re-use your voucher with your next order to utilize the remaining amount.

 

  1.  If the next order amount is higher than the voucher amount you received, you will need to pay the extra amount on delivery of the order.

 

  • How to return an item(s) back to you?

 

We are striving hard to make doorstep pickups possible to provide hassle free return services to valued customers.

However, for the time being our customer needs to send back the item(s) to woowbrands facility with reliable courier service. Please get in touch with our customer support team to find out the return address.

 

  • Who is going to pay the return charges?

 

Initially the customer is supposed to bear the return delivery charges but Customer can claim against the return delivery charges paid by him/her by providing us the scanned copy / image of the courier service receipt.

Refunds against sent back delivery charges will be initiated within 03 days of receiving of goods & delivery receipt with any convenient online payment method.
